الادماج الاجتماعي لکبار السن کمدخل لتفعيل الشيخوخة النشطة "دراسة ميدانية"

تؤکد رؤية مصر للتنمية المستدامة 2030 على أن التنمية لا تکون من دون ادماج جميع السکان وإشراکهم بشکل کامل حسب قدراتهم. وترجع أهمية الشيخوخة النشطة نظرًا للتأثير المهم للنمو الاجتماعي والاقتصادي والمعرفي لفئة کبار السن على التنمية المحلية. ويهدف البحث الراهن إلى التعرف على أثر الادماج الاجتماعي لکبار السن في تفعيل الشيخوخة النشطة. ينتمي البحث إلى الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، واعتمد على منهج المسح الاجتماعي، وتم استخدام أدوات الاستبيان والمقابلة المتعمقة، وطُبق البحث على عينة قوامها 120 مسن. وتوصل البحث إلى تنوع تصورات کبار السن عن الشيخوخة النشطة ومن أهمها الاحتفاظ بالصحة البدنية والأداء الوظيفي. کما تنوعت صور الإدماج الاجتماعي لکبار السن وأهم مؤشراته وجود رأس مال اجتماعي جيد لدى کبار السن، بالإضافة لوجود ادماج اقتصادي وسياسي، وانعکس ذلک على تفعيل الشيخوخة النشطة بمحاورها الأربعة: المشارکة الاجتماعية، والحياة الصحية والمستقلة والآمنة، والأمن الاقتصادي، والبيئة التمکينية وبناء قدرات کبار السن.
Abstract
Egypt's Vision for Sustainable Development 2030 emphasizes that development cannot be achieved without integrating all the population and fully engaging them according to their capabilities. The importance of active aging is due to the important impact of the social, economic and cognitive growth of the elderly group on local development. The current research aims to identify the effect of the social inclusion of the elderly in activating active aging. The research belongs to the descriptive analytical studies, and it relies on the social survey method and questionnaires. In-depth interview tools were used, and the research was applied to a sample of 120 elderly people. The research has found a diversity of perceptions of the elderly concerning active aging, the most important of which is the maintenance of physical health and functional performance. The research has also found that the ways of integrating the elderly people have varied to include having a good social capital, as well as experiencing an economic and political integration. This integration has been reflected in the activation of active aging with its four axes: social participation; healthy, independent and safe life; and economic security; the enabling environment and building the elderly capabilities.
