المقومات الجغرافية للتنمية السياحية ومعوقاتها في محافظة بورسعيد "دراسة في جغرافية السياحة"

حظيت صناعة السياحة کنشاط اقتصادي بأهمية واعتبار کبيرين في کثير من دول العالم النامي؛ نظرًا للنتائج والآثار المتعددة لها على المستويين المادي والمعنوي، فهناک النتائج الاقتصادية والعمرانية والبيئية المباشرة، وهناک الآثار الاجتماعية والثقافية والسياسية غير المباشرة، وقد شکلت کلها أثرًا عظيمًا في حرکة التنمية السياحية على مستوى العالم.
وتستهدف الدراسة بحث مقومات الجذب السياحي في محافظة بورسعيد، وحصر وتقييم البنية التحتية السياحية داخل المحافظة، ثم تحليل الحرکة السياحية إلى المحافظة في عام 2018، مع إلقاء الضوء على المشکلات التي تواجه نمو هذا القطاع الحيوي ليس من أجل حصر التحديات التي تعيق تطور صناعته وفقط؛ ولکن لتقديم الحلول والتوصيات التي تمکن متخذي القرار من تنمية النشاط السياحي حتى يتبوأ مکانته بين الأنشطة الاقتصادية.
وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة وضع استراتيجية شاملة لتسويق مقومات محافظة بورسعيد السياحية داخليًا وخارجيًا، والترکيز على الجانب الإعلامي لإبرازها في محافل ومنتديات السياحة المختلفة، وتطوير الخدمات السياحية الحالية والعمل على رفع مستواها، وضرورة الانتهاء من مشروعات تطوير مطار بورسعيد الجوي وإنشاء ميناء اليخوت، وربط المحافظة مع مدن شمال سيناء ومحافظات شمال الدلتا بخط بحري متطور، وتشجيع الاستثمار في قطاع النقل السياحي المائي لخدمة القطاع وتحويل المباني والمنشآت التراثية إلى فنادق بيئية بعد تطويرها وتقديم حوافز للاستثمارات الخاصة للمشارکة في تنفيذ هذه التوصيات من خلال تخفيض الضرائب ومد شبکات الببنية التحتية في منطقة شرق التفريعة.
Tourism is one of the contemporary vehicles for development, having increased its role both locally and internationally since the last quarter of the twentieth century. This is owing to the fact that it represents one of the most significant sectors that are relied upon to contribute to raising economic growth rates and thus achieving the desired social development. It also represents one of the most important components of service exports which have a significant impact on the balance of payments, as well as being one of the activities that contribute effectively to increasing foreign exchange earnings, and accordingly the gross domestic product. As an economic activity, tourism industry has gained great importance and consideration in many countries of the developing world due to the multiple results and effects that it has materially and spiritually. For instance, it has direct economic, urban and environmental results in addition to indirect social, cultural and political effects, all of which have made a great impact on tourism development worldwide.
The study aims at exploring the elements of tourism attraction in Port Said Governorate, surveying and evaluating tourism infrastructure within the governorate, and analyzing the movement of tourism in the governorate in 2018. It also seeks to highlight the problems facing the growth of this vital sector of tourism, not only to limit the challenges that impede the development of its industry, but also to provide solutions and recommendations that would enable decision-makers to develop the activity of tourism so that it has its place among other economic activities.
